ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Hello GorJess!
All scheduled clients will have a phone consultation before their first visit so that we can discuss their needs.
Please remember that this is a professional atmosphere and all clients are to communicate in that manner.
My specific salon policies for my clients are below.
1. No guests (unless the client is a child or needs assistance to travel), no food in the chair, no loud phone conversations on speaker and no animals are allowed.
2. Deposits are required to allow better time management for me and my clients. All new/non-regular (non regular clients come every 3 months +) clients will be required to pay a deposit before their appointment via Zelle.
If I waive deposit (client is paying cash) and they cancel same day, a cancellation fee will be added to their next scheduled appointment (new clients).
If clients cancel less than 48 hours before their appointment their deposit is non-refundable. If clients cancel less than 48 hours before (more than 2 times) there will be an additional fee added to your next appointment.
*I only use Zelle for deposits*
3. Same day clients that are 20 minutes late without contacting me will be charged a late fee of $15 (more than 20 minutes will be $40 if you want to keep the appointment, or you can reschedule with a deposit.
4. Please arrive on time but please note that if you are more than 15 minutes early, you will be asked to wait before entering the suite (there are several shops/restaurants near by). This is a suite which is quaint and intimate, please call before stopping by if you do not have a scheduled appointment :-)
