Hello GorJess! All clients that are scheduled with me will have a phone consultation before their first visit so that we can agree on the services needed.
Please remember that this is a professional atmosphere and all clients are to communicate in that manner. My specific salon policies for my clients are below.
1. No guests (unless the client is a child or needs assistance to travel), no food in the chair, no loud phone conversations on speaker and no animals are allowed.
2. All new/non-regular (non regular clients come every 3 months +) clients will be required to pay a deposit before their appointment via Zelle. If clients cancel less than 48 hours before their appointment their deposit is non-refundable. If clients cancel less than 48 hours before (more than 3 times) there will be an additional fee added to your next appointment.
3. Same day clients that are 20 minutes late without contacting me will be charged a late fee of $15 (more than 20 minutes will be $40 if you want to keep the appointment, or you can reschedule with a deposit.
4. If you choose to pay a deposit to confirm your appointment please either use the same Zelle in salon or have it already downloaded on your phone (cash is always an option).
